I’ve worked out too much to lose weight recently.
Due to severe muscular exercise, I’ve felt acute pain in my right shoulder and neck since a few days ago.
It seems that my posture has been very wrong, which caused pressure to a certain part of my body.
The pain was so severe that I decided not to overdo muscular work out for the time being.
Until my body is fully recovered, I will focus on aerobic and lower body exercises.
I realized that it is important to exercise in the right posture considering my body situation this time.
